Equipped with the latest 200HP engine, it has 100HP less than the Hurricane, but achieves the same top speed (43mph) thanks to the sleek bow shape. The Rinker leaves nothing to be desired. You can drive any boat without a license! Anyone born before 1988 is allowed to ride a boat in Florida without a license. A boat briefing by an experienced captain is nevertheless recommended.
