These Terms & Conditions govern every charter confirmed with Elite Boat Rentals. Paying a deposit or signing an invoice confirms acceptance of the clauses below and any addendum attached to your reservation.
Scope of Charter
Elite Boat Rentals arranges captained and bareboat charters, fuels the vessel, and coordinates pre-boarding concierge services. Guests remain responsible for personal conduct, customs compliance, and any items they bring on board.
Guest Responsibilities
The lead guest must be at least 25, present a valid government ID, and ensure every passenger follows USCG safety directives, marina rules, and skipper instructions. Damage, excessive cleaning, or citations issued during the charter are billed to the card on file.
Changes & Cancellations
Date moves and cancellations follow the published Cancellation & Refund Policy. Requests are accepted in writing only, and itineraries may shift for weather, mechanical checks, or captain safety calls without penalty to the guest.
