Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rental fees are currently non-refundable. Canceling before your departure only releases the recorded security deposit; after the start time, both the deposit and rental remain with Elite.

Security Deposit

Cancel before your scheduled start time and we automatically release the deposit once the payment gateway posts the reversal. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit alongside the rental balance.
