Cancel 7+ days before departure for a 100% refund—we only retain 3% to cover non-refundable payment processing. Closer changes convert into partial refunds or voyage credits so every dollar stays in your trip.
Full Refund Window
100% refunded when you cancel 7+ days before departure. Only 3% is withheld to offset Stripe/PayPal fees we incur on each booking.
Partial Refund Window
50% refund for cancellations 3–7 days prior. Deposits and add-ons release instantly so you can rebook on new dates.
Late Cancellation Credit
Inside 3 days we issue a 40% Elite charter credit that stays valid 365 days. Credits are transferrable once by emailing concierge support.
Weather or Safety Holds
If NOAA posts small-craft advisories, lightning alerts, or captain safety concerns, you may reschedule or receive a 100% credit valid 365 days.
No-shows
No-shows or departures missed without notice forfeit 100% because the boat, fuel, and crew are fully allocated for your slot.
